Is expressing one love in public that bad act ? 

 Is not love the only reason because of which we are all surviving ?

Look at north america, australia and all the other developed countries. i am not saying we should imitate them, i am just saying there are other things on the road that need policing and not love.

The rape, murder, violence of any sort, people could be kicked if that works but not love. Love happens suddenly and one might feel to express the love when in the beach or on the road or anywhere.

That does not need moral policing.

Man, religion has to be taught when one is growing and after that you just let it go. dont stick on it.
